Final Cost Break Down Instructions & Examples

Subtract any deposits. If no deposit was given, pay $85 per person (3 and under is free)

(Friday - Sunday) FULL Retreat Attendee Example Breakdown/Payments

1 Person Attending: $85 (final all-inclusive cost including meals, lodging, activities per person) - $50 (deposit) = $35
2 People Attending: $85 x 2 people - $50 (deposit) = $120
3 People Attending: $85 x 3 people - $50 (deposit) = $205
4 People Attending: $85 x 4 people - $50 (deposit) = $290
5 People Attending: $85 x 5 people - $50 (deposit) = $375

(Single or Two-Day Attendees) With Overnight Lodging

$20 per person per night. Additionally add $8 per meal.
Example: One person attending Saturday to Sunday = $20 for lodging. Eating 3x meals: Saturday lunch, dinner, Sunday breakfast = $24. Total Cost: $20 + $24 = $44 per person.

If Only Attending During the Day (no lodging) and Paying for Meals Only

168 Kids Programming: 168 will be hiring, vetted, outside personnel to help run full programming for kids during the adult sessions (Friday session, Saturday session x2)
